400kg Glass Lifter for Rent – RIGHETTI VB4

Need a 400kg glass lifter for rent for a lighter glazing job in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or elsewhere in the UAE? This RIGHETTI unit uses a compact 4-pad suction array to lift up to 400kg — a practical, easy-to-handle option for window installation, small shopfront panels, and general glass handling where a full-size heavy lifter isn’t needed.

Like our larger RIGHETTI VB8, it’s battery-powered with a dual independent vacuum circuit, giving you the same safety margin in a smaller, more maneuverable frame. Below is the spec sheet and everything you need before booking this 400kg glass lifter for rent.

Why Rent This 400kg Glass Lifter

Handling glass panels by hand is slow and risky even at lighter weights. This 400kg glass lifter gives one operator full control over the panel using its frame handles, with a manual on/off valve to trigger suction and release without a second person spotting the load.

Its compact, slim frame makes it easy to carry between floors or job sites, and the 4-pad suction array is sized right for smaller residential and commercial glazing work — window units, small shopfront panels, and interior glass partitions.

Because it runs on a rechargeable battery, this 400kg glass lifter for rent doesn’t depend on a mains power connection, so it can move around a site freely.

RIGHETTI VB4 Specifications

Every unit we rent out is inspected and tested before it leaves our warehouse, built to EN13155 standard.

Choosing the Right Capacity

If you’re unsure whether 400kg is the right fit, here’s how it compares to the rest of our fleet:

• 400 kg (this listing) — 4 pads, compact frame for lighter glazing jobs
• 450 kg — see 450kg listing →
• 500 kg — see 500kg listing →
• 800 kg — 8 pads, our RIGHETTI VB8 for heavier facade work — see 800kg listing →

Not sure which one fits your panel weight? Contact us with your job details and we’ll confirm the right unit before delivery.

Best Uses for This Glass Lifter Rental

Contractors and glaziers across the UAE rent this 400kg glass lifter for jobs including:

• Residential and small commercial window installation
• Small shopfront and storefront glass panels
• Interior glass partition and door installation
• General glass handling in workshops before site delivery
• Light cladding or panel work in tight spaces

The dual-circuit vacuum system means a single seal issue won’t drop the load — useful even at lighter weights where panels can still be fragile and expensive to replace.

Safety & Compliance

Every unit we supply meets EN13155, the European standard for loose lifting attachments used on construction and assembly sites. Before every rental, our team inspects the suction pads, checks vacuum gauge accuracy, and confirms the battery and charger are working correctly.
